These terms apply to your use of the Stateside Build website. Any order we fulfill is governed by a separate written quote and order confirmation.
What we do
Stateside Build is a supplier of building products — kitchens and cabinetry, doors, windows, flooring, tile, stone, sanitary and related items — manufactured to specification and delivered to your project site. We do not perform construction, installation, or contracting work, and we are not a general contractor.
Catalogs and imagery
Catalog images, finishes, colors, and dimensions are representative. Natural materials such as stone and wood vary between production runs, and screen colors differ from physical samples. Confirm all critical dimensions and finishes in your written quote before ordering.
Selections and quotes
A selection you build on this site is a request, not an order. Nothing is reserved, priced, or confirmed until we issue a written quote and you accept it. Prices, lead times, and availability are subject to change until an order is confirmed.
Measurements and suitability
You are responsible for the accuracy of the plans, measurements, and specifications you submit, and for confirming that the products you select are suitable and code-compliant for your project and jurisdiction. Installation is performed by you or your contractor.
Warranties
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. We pass those warranties through to you and assist with claims, but we do not provide installation or workmanship warranties.
