Stateside Build supplies custom-manufactured building products for residential and commercial projects. We are a product supplier — not a construction contractor.
Scope of business
We design, source, and manufacture products to your specifications and deliver them to your project site. We do not perform installation, remodeling, or general contracting, and we do not hold ourselves out as a licensed contractor. Installation should be performed by a qualified contractor licensed in your jurisdiction.
Product specifications & compliance
Products are manufactured to the specifications confirmed in your written quote. Applicable product certifications and compliance documentation are provided on request for the items in your order. Confirming that a product meets the requirements of your local building code is the responsibility of the project owner and their contractor.
Manufacturer warranties
Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it is passed through to you with your order documentation. Stateside Build does not provide workmanship or installation warranties.
